Rescue Story

Yigo is such a happy-go-lucky pup who had a harsh life before being rescued.  He was found on a remote mountain with a chain collar deeply embedded in his skin yet he was still so friendly and wagged his tail non-stop.  He loves to snuggle with his humans on the couch and is quite a cuddly bug.  He currently gets about two hours of leisurely walks around the neighbourhood and always has a big silly smile greeting everyone although sometimes he doesn’t understand that others can be apprehensive of his size.  Yigo is looking for a loving and moderately active family without young kids who can provide him with further obedience training.

If you are interested in adopting Yigo please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please consider Yigo, for your new addition. There is a $350 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
