Rescue Story

Pretty along with her nine litter mates were abandoned in a remote mountain area in Taiwan.  They were starving to death until a passerby found them.  She brought the puppies to the vet but didn’t know what to do with them so she left the animal clinic without leaving any contact information.  The vet contacted our rescuer and told our rescuer if she doesn’t take over the puppies the whole litter would be sent to a high kill shelter.  Our rescuer brought all the puppies back to foster giving each puppy a chance to find his/her own home.  Pretty loves all people including strangers and she’s well-behaved.  She can be a bit shy first but warms up quickly.  She loves to snuggle with her human on the couch and the bed.  Pretty is looking for a moderately active home that can provide her daily exercise appropriate to her medium energy level, continuous socialization, and puppy training.

If you are interested in adopting Pretty please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please consider Pretty, for your new addition. There is a $450 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
