Rescue Story

Milu and Tiger were once someone’s pets.  The previous owner developed spinal injuries and could no longer care for them.  Tiger was taken to the killing pound and Milu became a stray on the streets in Taiwan.  She’s afraid when people make physical threatening gestures, perhaps being constantly shooed away as a stray.  She adapted very quickly at her current fostering place and is housetrained.  She dances in circles before meal time to show her excitement.  Milu is a beautiful, sweet, and gentle girl – a real gem.

Milu is spayed, up to date with routine shots, micro-chipped, de-wormed (Feb-26-2013), and tested negative for heartworm.

If you are interested in adopting Milu please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please consider Milu, for your new addition. There is a $500 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
