Rescue Story

George’s mom was a stray and she had four pups in Taiwan during the last winter.  Our rescuer couldn’t bear to see the whole pack stricken with hunger and coldness so she arranged the puppies and mother to be in foster care.  The four puppies are healthy and each looking for his/her own forever loving home.  If George is by himself and he’s scared he will cry for attention.  He also doesn’t like sudden movements from behind.  He nibbles at people’s hands when he plays.  George is looking for a patient family who can provide him with basic obedience training and help him build confidence.

George is de-wormed (Jan-26-2013, Feb-08-2013).  George will be neutered, microchipped, tested for heartworm, and have up to date vaccinations before adoption.

Please note George is part of our international rescue efforts and will be flown to the Lower Mainland (YVR) Vancouver International Airport on the next transport ONLY if a permanent home can be found beforehand.  Please consider George, for your new addition. There is a $500 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
