Rescue Story

Cleo along with a group of dogs was abandoned to a graveyard up in remote mountain areas in Taiwan during the hot summer. Some of her paws are scraped as if she walked miles before she was rescued. She’s working on housetraining and is making progress. She doesn’t go on grass and prefers concrete. She cannot go and down the stairs either – she probably never had the chance to. She loves playing with stuffed toys and she doesn’t have any chewing issue. She’s low energy around the house and likes to find a reclusive spot on the doggy bed and sleep. When she’s up and about she’s always wagging her tail. Cleo has had a tough life thus far and hopes to find a loving and committed family.

If you are interested in adopting Cleo please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please consider Cleo, for your new addition. There is a $400 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
