Rescue Story

Snowy was a stray on the streets in Taiwan. As seen in his videos, he was dirty and undernourished. Our volunteer rescued him before animal control was able to seize him and send him to the high kill shelter. Snowy is housetrained but in a new environment he will mark territory inside the house. He's quiet and calm, only barks if there are visitors. He doesn't have food aggression and is gentle with children. Snowy would benefit from basic obedience training in his forever loving home.

If you are interested in adopting Snowy please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please note Snowy is part of our international rescue efforts and will be flown to the Lower Mainland (YVR) Vancouver International Airport on the next transport ONLY if a permanent home can be found beforehand. Please consider Snowy, for your new addition. There is a $400 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
