Rescue Story

Jumbo was rescued from a high kill shelter in Taiwan. He is active and looking for a loving family who can provide him adequate amount of exercise. He is not recommended to families with cats because he wants to play with them. Jumbo is sweet with people and easy-going with other dogs. He adapts to a new environment easily.

If you are interested in adopting Jumbo please fill out an application. We will ask for pictures of your current pets (if any) and your house inside and outside upon receipt of your application.

Please note Jumbo is part of our international rescue efforts and will be flown to the Lower Mainland (YVR) Vancouver International Airport on the next transport ONLY if a permanent home can be found beforehand. Please consider Jumbo, for your new addition. There is a $450 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
