Rescue Story

Allen (also known as Bibi) was rescued from a puppy mill in Taiwan.  This site documents when he was first rescued: http://www.savedogs.org/forum/article_view.html?f_no=33169.  He had been crated all his life up until he was rescued so everything is new as he is still learning proper manners inside the house.  He is overweight and needs daily exercise but is unfamiliar being on leash.  He needs to learn to do his business outside and be corrected on his marking behaviour in a new environment.  He cannot climb stairs so he is looking for a home with no stairs.  He doesn’t have an adorable appearance as a piece of skin on one side of his upper lip is missing partially showing his tooth.  We are guessing that he was bitten by another puppy mill dog.  He is very shy with new people and always gets bossed around by other fostered dogs.  He would benefit from basic obedience training to help him build some confidence.  Allen is an affectionate and easy-going dog once you get to know him and he hopes to find a forever loving home one day.

Please consider Allen (Bibi), for your new addition. There is a $350 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
