Rescue Story

When our rescuer went out for a midnight meal Olan was abandoned through the rescuer’s car window gap.  Even though Olan gets along with dogs of all sizes, he’s looking for a home as the only dog or with another small size dog to lessen the risk of him getting run over / step on by a large dog.  He’s looking for a home without small children as he cannot withstand rough play or being dropped.  Despite his tininess, Olan is an incredible ninja, always exploring in stealth mode.  He’s an opportunist finding pleasure in every situation, from lying in newly washed linens and towels to gorging a hidden feast in one’s purse.  He can get into mischief when not supervised so proper food storage is a must.  At home Olan is a sweet lap dog who loves to cuddle on the sofa and bed and gives his human lots of kisses but he also enjoys being outdoors going for leisurely walks on the beach as well as hikes on mountains using his incredible memory and navigation skills.  Olan is looking for a loving and patient home that gladly embraces his character with a sense a humour and able to provide some consistent training for his own good as well.

Please consider Olan, for your new addition. There is a $400 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
