Rescue Story

Curly was a stray puppy in Taiwan. She had been wandering in her rescuer’s neighbourhood around two weeks and going through garage to look for food https://indegeneriqu....emme/. When she was rescued her right corneas was damaged and her tail bent probably through rough living on the streets. Her eye had completed healed and eyesight restored. Curly is slightly protective of food towards dogs and people therefore she shouldn’t go to a home with children. She would growl to warn others not to approach while eating. She doesn’t have chewing issue and separation anxiety and does well in car rides. She needs more work on housetraining and walking on leash. She’s looking for an experienced family who can take her to basic obedience training.

Please note Curly is part of our international rescue efforts and will be flown to the Lower Mainland (YVR) Vancouver International Airport on the next transport ONLY if a permanent home can be found beforehand. Please consider Curly, for your new addition. There is a $400 adoption fee (bank deposit and e-transfer only) which goes to help cover only a portion of each dog's medical and transport expenses. A home check will also be required because we do want to be sure that each dog goes to an environment suited to them. Please note that we don't have shelter facility in Canada, so please consider carefully again before this adoption.
